This time, the trip to the Netherlands reminds me of my life in Palestine.

Archival Memory is a critical part of my practice and research. Every moment in the field, I immerse myself into the stories, which some might be heavy, some might be vivid, some might be tradition, ... All is diversity. As an outsider, I always look for my position. Who am I? Why am I here? When I dig into a culture deeper, I gradually destroy my identity. Even though I am an outsider, I continuously recognise who I am in the process with locals in the field. Sometimes, I think that research/ action/ practice /... all are like a mirror to truly reflect an individual. During the journey, I still look for my position in the social structure and what I wanna be.
