Rohit Negi
Rohit Negi is an Associate Professor of Public Policy at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. An urban planner and geographer by training, Rohit has researched urban environmental change in the Himalaya and the Delhi region. His recent work is on the political ecology of air in and around Delhi. Before joining IIM, Rohit worked for a number of years at Ambedkar University Delhi, where he led work on the ‘People’s Geography of Delhi,’ which documents and disseminates local histories of the city’s diverse neighbourhoods, from urban villages and industrial areas to rural hinterlands and commercial zones.
