As part of a six-day intensive course on Myanmar, first-year students of the new South-East Asian Languages and Cultures programme at the National Chengchi University in Taiwan engaged in a student-led discovery project.
Using the methodology developed under the Humanities across Borders project and with the guidance of Professor Tharaphi Than, they explored Huaxin Street, also known as Myanmar Street, in Taipei City, and selected items of food as entry points to learn and document humanistic stories about Myanmar.
